Lagotto Romagnolo is medium sized dog breeds used as guard dogs, originating from Italy. They grow to a height of 19 inches and weigh in between 14 to 16 pounds. Their coat has a wooly texture. Its gait is full of endurance and strength. They have moderate bone structure. They are friendly and alert. Obedient and loyal to their owners, they are easy to train and are known to be quick learners. The guarding instinct in them makes them an excellent companion and house dogs.
