Lancashire Heeler also known as Ormskirk Heeler, Ormskirk Terrier are small sturdy dog breeds originating from England. They belong to herding dog breeds. They grow as tall as 12 inches and weigh in between 2.7 to 5.9 pounds. Their gait is smooth and free. Their coat is thin and short found mostly in black, tan and liver colors. Intelligent and curious, they are always alert. They are amiable and protective of its family and closed ones. Reserved with strangers they get along well with other pets.
