Sphinx are also known as Canadian Hairless and Canadian Sphynx are medium sized cats originating from Canada. The males weigh maximum of 12 pounds and females weigh 9 pounds. They are hairless or bald cats with no outer coat. They are used as lap cats. it occurs in varied colors of White, Black, Blue, Red, Cream, Chocolate and Lavender. They have compact and muscular built. They are known to be friendly and loyal breeds who are well behaved with strangers and other pet breeds. They are patient towards children and love to be in company of humans, who hate to be left aloof.
