1. How Soon Your Pooch Learns.

A dog’s level of intelligence and smartness can be judged by certain traits that it possess. It is noted that in case of humans left handed ones are inclined more towards creative activities and music, whereas those who are right handed are good often good in language and logical analysis. The same applies in case of dogs as well.

If you find your dog to be right handed, it is good at understanding language and gestures which is directly related to learning ability.

5. Number Test

Studies state, dogs brain are bigger compared to that of cats. In average a smart dog can learn up to 165 words in a day. Not only are dogs good with words but also with numbers. Place two bowls. In one place 6 candies and in the other place 3.

Your dog may not be able to count 1 to 10 like a  human, but it can calculate the same through perception. If your dog chooses the one with more candies, it is surely good with numbers.
