Japanese Terrier is small sized dog breed belonging to Terrier breed group. They are known by different names Nippon Terrier, Nihon Teria, Nihon Terrier, Kobe Terrier, Mikado Terrier, Oyuki Terrier. The grow as tall as 13 inches and weigh in between 5-9 pounds. Their coat is small and short. They have an appearance of regality and elegance. They are joyful, intelligent and gentle. They are alert and conscious dogs, due to their inherent terrier gene. They get along well with other dogs and pets and are wary towards strangers.
