Pets are our forever companion. At a very short period, they shower us with immense love and admiration. Who would want to lose those whom we get attached to. Yet death is a bitter truth of life.
Dogs life span are 14 -16 years. More than along life, leading a healthy life, devoid of complications and illness is what we all pray for. Compared to mixed breed dogs, purebreds have a much lesser lifespan.
Here are list of top 10 mixed dog breeds who tend to live a longer life.
1.PUG-COTON
This adorable designer breed of a Pug and a Coton de Tulear, tops the list of breed with longest life expectancy. They have a long life of 19 years.
2.PAPITESE
Maltese have life expectancy of 17-18 years of age. They are cross breed of Papillon and Maltese.
3.POMERAT
A mix designer breed of Pomeranians and Rat terriers, they are known for their long lifespan amongst the purebred species. Owing to the genes, this mix of both have life expectancy of16- 18 years.
4.SKIP –SHZU
Skip-Shzu is a hybrid of Schipperke and Shih Tzu. These are extremely affectionate and loving, a perfect companion to own as pet. They live up to an age of 18 years.
