European Starling also known as Sturnus vulgaris are medium-sized passerine bird found extensively across Europe. They weigh 101 g and grow up to 17 inches in size. They live 15 to 20 years. They are omnivorous creatures and feed on a variety of diet. The plumage is iridescent black, glossed purple or green, and spangled with white, especially in winter. The legs are stout and pinkish- or greyish-red.
