Satin Angora are medium sized rabbits originating from Angora, Canada. They are supposed to be descendants of French Angora. They weigh a maximum of 3.5-9.5 lbs. They have commercial body shape. Its coat is furry, silky compared to other Angora breeds and softer occurring in white, gray, brown or tan fur, or a combination of these colors. Its wooly coat is considered to be its pride, from where it has earned its name of Satin angora. They are prone to woolly back ailment. They are known to be curious and friendly species. They get along well with children and are suitable for all kinds of environment.
